MDM Leads to Grave Sin: Bishop Fabbro, London Diocese, Ontario, Canada

Message of Bishop Fabbro:

“Maria of Divine Mercy is a woman who chooses to remain anonymous and has made claims of alleged privation revelations. Bishop Fabbro warns Catholics of the diocese that Maria of Divine Mercy has not received the Church’s approval. Indeed, Catholic bishops who have studied her teachings have declared that they are heretical and have forbidden priests to be involved with or cooperate in matters associated with Maria of Divine Mercy. Her prophecies contain material that is both false and contrary to Catholic teaching. The faithful should know that adhering to her teachings can result in grave sin.”

“Bishop Fabbro warns Catholics that they should not be involved with Maria of Divine Mercy nor should they give credence to her messages.”

Slovakian Bishop Condemns MDM messages as Heretical

This warning of the Slovakian Archdiocese of the town of Spisska should have been posted earlier, but here is the pastoral letter issued by the Bishop of Spisska Stephen Sečka as early as November 2012, after being alerted by priests, religious and lay about the growing spread of its messages over the internet, though not particularly referring to the Maria Divine Mercy, other than to say an “Irish visionary.”  The original letter in the local Czech language appears in the Slovakian Archbishops Conference website here and has been reported in Miraculous Rosaryblog site

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

I learned that in some parishes is widely spread messages about the so-called Great Day of God’s warnings, resulting from the alleged private revelations of an Irish visionary. These messages are distributed via the internet. I have found that it is heretical, which is not in accordance with the teachings of the Catholic Church and is showing signs of sectarianism. This whole doctrine is indeed poprepletaná prayers for God’s mercy and calls for confession, as well as what the Catholic Church teaches, but quotations from Scripture are commented and explained arbitrarily and contrary to the teachings of the Catholic Church. Similar tendencies were already in the early Church, therefore St.. Apostle Peter wrote: “Above all, you should know that no prophecy of Scripture does not allow private interpretation” (2 Peter 1: 20).

After seeing this website I also found that believers are encouraged to acquire the “Seal of the living God” to be sanctified by a priest. We remind you that no priest faithful to Christ and his Church must cooperate in this matter, because they would be guilty of transgressions against the faith and his office. To anyone who will disseminate these heretical messages , remember the very severe words  of the Holy Scripture, written by St. Apostle Paul to the Galatians:

“I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you to live in the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel, which is really no gospel at all. Evidently some people are throwing you into confusion and are trying to pervert the gospel of Christ.  But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let them be under God’s curse!  As we have already said, so now I say again: If anybody is preaching to you a gospel other than what you accepted, let them be under God’s curse! (Gal 1, 6-9).

All believers, who perhaps out of ignorance began to believe the messages mentioned, please I urge you to leave these heretical teachings and not spread them.

On this matter, I was obliged, in order to highlight the purity of Catholic faith, obedience and unity with the Holy Father, and for the sake of salvation of your souls.

Devoted to the Lord, Stephen Sečka, Bishop of Spisska

BRISBANE BISHOP WARNS AGAINST SPREADING MDM’S
MESSAGES

Issued to the clergy, religious and lay faithful of the Archdiocese of Brisbane, the reproduced image below of the official pastoral letter from the Archbishop of Brisbane, the Most Reverend Mark Coleridge, effectively makes it official the Church’s condemnation of the false prophet Maria Divine Mercy.

Needless to say, followers of the discredited scam prophet will no doubt dismiss this Church issued assessment which should not be surprising at all since Satan will never follow the Church founded by the Son of its arch-enemy.
